Howdy,

I had to drop a line to tell you how much fun a riding partner and I had on your trails this past weekend.  We did Quaking Aspen with the new loop(I think) at the top and the High Desert System.  Wow, Gallup is happening.  We usually go to Moab, but I guarantee we'll be back with more friends and $ for your area.  Why not?  The trails rock, and we rode 15 miles of the High Desert and drove home in the time it take to drive from Moab.  Thanks for putting in the time/effort with your group.

2010 Trail Crew Info

The 2011 Trail Crew Season starts in April and goes through October.  

We are looking forward to continuing improvements (some reroutes, erosion control details) to the 

McGaffey Trail System, and to working with our YCC Trail Crew friends. This will be a great opportunity to work with Strider Brown and his ace YCC stonemason crew!  


Bring gloves, hat, sunglasses, sturdy shoes, 

sunscreen, lunch, water... and your bike if you have one.

Tools will be provided.
